Recalls are a well-established global practice; from time to time they are announced by almost all manufacturers of not only cars, but also any other industrial products. But since a car is considered a source of increased danger, it is recalls in the automotive industry that attract the most attention and cause the greatest resonance. Check if your car is covered by a recall campaign. Sometimes manufacturers will recall their cars because of substandard parts or workmanship and repair them for free, regardless of the warranty. This is called a recall campaign. More information on 1967 Plymouth FURY recalls can be found in this database. It may be useful to use online problems resource that shows automotive defect patterns, based on complaint data submitted by vehicle owners. The problems are organized into groups with data published by vehicle, component, and specific issue. See also an updated list of 1967 Plymouth FURY problems before buying a used car. In most cases, the recall is initiated by the manufacturer. But it also happens that it is forced to do so. The largest and most scandalous recall campaigns were those that were initiated by complaints and lawsuits from consumers through controlling state structures.

Additional Description: This 1967 Plymouth Fury III is the full-size drop-top classic with V8 power offered for quite an obtainable price. Stacked headlights, crisp overhangs, and a blocky stance gave the fourth-generation Plymouth Fury an instant presence. In fact, 1967 seems like the ideal year to own a Fury. Some of the trim of the previous years was dropped to give this a much more modern and sleek look. Plus, it debuted some great styling touches, like the form-hugging front bumper that's notched to accept those mean-looking headlights. And the rear is just as imposing with the trunk pointed in the middle that seems to perfectly emphasize Plymouth's pointed logo. The car was updated later in life to a tasteful shade of red that retains a nice gloss in the sunshine. And that's far from the only work put into this car. You can see some obvious upgrades, like the bright dual exhaust tips and polished torque thrust-style wheels. But what you might not immediately know is that this was actually born a coupe! We can understand exactly why a Fury would be adapted into a drop-top. Chevrolet's full size convertibles are considered rare from this year, yet still, they made about four for every one Plymouth. So it's rarity makes it easy to realize why you'd start with a quality coupe and make the investment to transform it into a convertible. The black roof looks good against the red paint, and it fits just like a factory example. It even powers down with the flip of a switch. Full-sized comfort was the name of the game in 1967. This all-black interior looks good with newer seats covers, taut door panels, and nice carpeting. So family and friends will happily spread out across the two wide benches. And anyone who is a fan of vintage features will love to spot factory-style pieces like the AM radio and air conditioning (they will need servicing before fully functioning again.) All the controls are grouped in front of the driver and all factory gauges are nice and clear. So it's easy to get comfortable behind the wheel of this cruiser. The 318 cubic-inch V8 has been a mainstay for Mopar power. This is a fresher block that also shows newer maintenance items. That's why this is a strong-running package that makes a sweet sound out of the dual exhaust with Flowmasters. It's backed by a three-speed automatic transmission, power steering, and power brakes to emphasize the easy-going road manners of these Plymouths. This is a well-crafted and well-priced Mopar convertible. So if love driving a rarely-seen classic, this is an irresistible deal. Call today!!!
