This beautiful Bel Air is a stunning, show winning hot rod and one of the nicest Tri-5's we've ever seen. The body is exceptionally straight with perfect black and light green paint. The gold pearl gives the green an iridescent quality that turns the paint from a near gold to antifreeze green depending on the light--it's absolutely mesmerizing. The emblems and door handles have been shaved but the distinctive '56 body trim remains, and the bumpers were shaved before being expertly replated. 18 inch front and 20 inch rear polished wheels are paired with polished Wilwood brakes. The stance is absolutely killer thanks to the adjustable coilovers on the Art Morrison GT Sport chassis with chromed front suspension components. Looking further underneath you'll find a Ford 9" rear axle, a polished stainless steel fuel tank, polished stainless steel exhaust, chromed coilover springs and more. Pop the hood and you'll see a shaved and smoothed engine compartment stuffed with a gleaming fuel injected 502ci RamJet V8 with a chromed intake and cool finned valve covers. There's a billet accessory drive up front and ceramic coated headers on the sides. The brake master cylinder was even moved inside the car to make sure your attention was firmly glued to the massive mill in the center. Inside, the custom interior has unique small touches from top to bottom. Start with the full length center console with Vintage Air controls, power window switches and a sliding compartment door hiding the stereo, ignition switch and controls for the power lifting trunk. You'll also notice a chromed Hurst shifter with chrome ball on top--this car has a real deal TREMEC TKO 600 5 speed manual transmission under it! Soft cream leather covers just about every surface inside from custom door panel to custom door panel. This is a super clean, unique interior befitting of a car of this caliber.
